Refunds
1.1 At SerpMetric, we are dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers. While we strive to offer superior SEO services, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund request.
1.2 If you are not completely satisfied with the services we provide, we offer a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@serpmetric.com with your request and reason for dissatisfaction.
1.3 Please note that refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day window. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.
1.4 Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days from the day of the request, depending upon your payment method and banking institution. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
1.5 After the 30-day refund period, all payments are non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
1.6 Please note, the refund policy does not apply to any additional services or upgrades performed on your behalf.

Service Cancellations
2.1 You may cancel your services with us at any time. Cancellation must be requested by contacting our Customer Support team at contact@serpmetric.com.
2.2 After cancellation request is received, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Please note that cancelling your service does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid in advance unless as otherwise stated in this Policy.
Automatic Renewals
3.1 Unless you notify SerpMetric before the end of your applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a service, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (as well as any taxes) using any credit or debit card we have on record for you.

4.1 SerpMetric reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes and stay informed about our refund and cancellation policy.
